Responsibilities

  • Represent Skanska at meetings, upholding a professional image and ensuring all staff understand and fulfil their responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to enhance trust and identify new opportunities
  • Ensure all design solutions comply with project requirements, statutory obligations, and budget strategy
  • Action contractual and claim-related correspondence appropriately and within required timeframes
  • Support the management of design consultants and ensure working drawings are completed within agreed timeframes

About You

We are looking for a Project Manager Capital Works with:

  • Significant experience delivering projects of a similar nature and scale
  • Strong competency in the requirements of the Building Safety Act
  • Comprehensive understanding of project delivery across all RIBA stages
  • Possession of relevant trade-registered qualifications
  • Education to ONC level (or equivalent) is preferred
