About the Opportunity

This part-time hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR involves responsibilities as a Project Coordinator / Assistant Project Manager. Key tasks include coordinating project activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met, managing communication between stakeholders, supporting regulatory and compliance efforts, and assisting with project documentation and reporting. The role allows for a combination of in-office and remote work as needed.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Project management and coordination skills, including planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in documentation and reporting
  • Proficiency in basic software tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools is required
  • Experience working within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical industries is advantageous
  • Understanding of regulatory processes and compliance standards in the medical sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred
