Responsibilities

• Managing subcontractor procurement, scopes and package letting
• Preparing and administering head contracts and subcontracts
• Cost tracking, forecasting and financial reporting
• Assessing and processing progress claims and variations
• Maintaining project documentation and compliance
• Coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Supporting programme management and key milestones

About You

This role is well suited to a recent Construction Management or Civil Engineering graduate with 1 to 2 years' experience working with a contractor in South Australia.

Eligibility

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor of Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Exposure to medium-scale commercial construction projects
• Sound commercial understanding and attention to detail
• Confidence liaising with subcontractors and consultants
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
