HRIS Project Coordinator (approx 26.5-month contract), OHR

About the Opportunity

This position is with the Office of Human Resources (OHR) and involves project support in HRIS projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Review current state and conceptualize future state with internal stakeholders.
  • Document and finalize gathering of system requirements with stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement change management plan and training activities.
  • Identify risks, manage issues, and document project activities.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation.
  • Support data entry, data validation, and data migration tasks.
  • Assist in planning, developing, and delivering training materials for end-users.
  • Ensure communication and engagement between project stakeholders.
  • Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities.
  • Ensure project compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in HR Ops or HR related projects.
  • Associate to Professional Project Management Certifications (e.g., CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2).
  • Basic understanding of HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Prior experience in HR processes, operations, or cloud solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver under time pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good grasp of project management methodology.
