About the Opportunity

Hays are excited to partner with one of the most significant Property Managers to hire an Assistant Portfolio Manager for their Abu Dhabi office. The candidate will gain heavy exposure to multiple real estate assets such as commercial, hospitality and residential, supporting portfolio managers on the asset management side of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Support portfolio managers in formulating investment strategies
  • Assist in developing annual business plans and budgets
  • Work with external consultants

About You

The ideal candidate would have exposure to asset classes such as commercial, hospitality, and residential. Requirements include a minimum of 7+ years of experience in asset and/or portfolio management, a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate/Finance, and UAE experience is ideal. Fluency in English is required.

Eligibility

Minimum of 7+ years of experience in asset and/or portfolio management. Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate/Finance is mandatory. UAE experience is ideal. Fluent in English.
