About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support project documentation standardization and maintain training materials across initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring consistency, clarity, and accessibility of project-related content, while also supporting cross-functional teams with well-organized training resources.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, standardizing, and maintaining project documentation templates and guidelines.
  • Ensure all project documents are up-to-date, version-controlled, and stored in designated repositories.
  • Collaborate with project teams to collect, review, and format documentation for consistency and clarity.
  • Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and user guides based on project changes and feedback.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure training content aligns with current processes and tools.
  • Support the scheduling and logistics of training sessions, including materials preparation and distribution.
  • Track documentation and training-related tasks and timelines to support overall project delivery.
  • Assist in preparing progress reports, meeting notes, and presentation materials.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather input and ensure alignment on documentation and training needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
