Responsibilities

  • Support with reporting, forecasting, budget control, procurement, and program updates.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update project and procurement documentation (e.g. Scope of Works and programming) in Aconex and SharePoint.
  • Coordinate project activities from early works to final handover - leading meetings, following up on action items.
  • Build relationships and communication loops with key project stakeholders (i.e. tradespeople, builder contacts).
  • Support the preparation of Expenditure Approval Requests for services trades contracts and variations.
  • Validate services trade progress claims, participate in site inspections, and prepare payment certificates.
  • Ensure compliance with Confidentiality and Health and Safety Policies.

About You

This role suits an experienced Project Coordinator with a background in large-scale construction projects, ideally in critical infrastructure or technical environments. You'll bring strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and commercial awareness to keep complex builds on track.

  • Strong understanding of building methods, materials, and standards/safety regulations.
  • Ability to interpret drawings, architectural plans, and specifications.
  • Highly developed rapport-building skills, engaging with stakeholders of various seniority levels.
  • Commercially minded with foundational understanding of cost controls and purchasing.
  • Adjusted to working at pace, and ability to juggle multiple competing priorities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction or Project Management are preferred, but not essential.

Australian Citizenship is essential - with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 Security Clearance.
