Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Interface Management
- Coordinate daily activities with the Project Director, Sales, After-Sales, Applications Engineering and EPC contractor for all client-facing scopes.
- Act as a focal point for the EPC contractor on site, ensuring alignment on technical, scheduling, and HSSE matters.
- Liaise with the quality team in HQ (China) to ensure QA/QC standards are met across all local workstreams.
- Project Documentation & Reviews
- Review, track, and flag issues within key project documents including schedules, design submissions, RFIs, NCRs, and contractual deliverables.
- Ensure SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) schedules are aligned with the EPC contractor and client expectations.
- Regulatory & Local Compliance
- Coordinate local content initiatives, in alignment with NIDLP and other Saudi industrial strategies.
- Support implementation of HSSE standards and assist in ensuring all activities meet KSA legal, municipal, and GACA/ECRA regulatory standards.
- Permitting & Logistics
- Assist with planning and execution of site activities, including logistics, equipment deliveries, and permit applications.
- Liaise with local authorities, customs, and ministries as required for the project.
- Meetings & Reporting
- Schedule and document regular meetings with the EPC contractor and other key stakeholders.
- Provide detailed project status reports, risk registers, and KPI dashboards to the Project Director.
- Support proactive risk identification and mitigation for inflight projects.
About You
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in project coordination, preferably within energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors in the Middle East.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, after-sales, and technical delivery groups.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency highly advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management platforms (e.g., Primavera, Smartsheet).
