The Grid Project Director will lead in a cultural, client, project, and commercial capacity. Responsibilities include managing a multimillion dollar portfolio of EPC and services projects, leading project teams, and mentoring project managers.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant industry experience and deep knowledge of the utility-scale T&D/Substation market. Experience negotiating $50 million+ contracts and managing risk for EPC T&D/Substation projects.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements.
Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Work environment includes typical office and construction settings with safety hazards.
