Construction Project Director/Project Executive - Tier 3 & Tier 4 Data Centers

Location: 12+ US Offices to chose from (5-15% Project Based Travel Required)

Responsibilities

• Lead mega-scale projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring flawless execution.
• Manage complex redundancy systems, designs and construction for Tier 3 & Tier 4 facilities.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders across global locations.
• Ensure compliance with mission-critical standards, safety, and sustainability goals.
• Deliver projects on time, on budget, and exceeding client expectations.

About You

Proven track record as Project Director / Executive on $750M+ construction projects.
Deep expertise in Tier 3 & Tier 4 data center builds and 2N redundancy systems.
Strong leadership in large-scale, high-complexity environments.
Exceptional stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global projects with demanding technical requirements.
