About the Opportunity

Our client is one of the leading new building envelope specialists in London offering the complete design, supply, and installation of integrated facade and cladding solutions. They are seeking to strengthen their Operations team with an Assistant Project Manager in London.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate input from each department to maximize efficiency and add value to the project
  • Ensure works proceed in a safe manner
  • Understand and interpret contract documents and drawings
  • Develop installation method statements and installation programs
  • Conduct reporting, record-keeping, and project reviews

About You

The ideal Assistant Project Manager will have approximately 5 years of experience managing curtain walling installations or related disciplines in construction sites. They should possess a relevant construction or engineering qualification, CSCS Managers card, and relevant First Aid certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Eligibility

- Approximately 5 years of construction site management experience - HND or Degree qualified in construction or engineering - CSCS Managers card and relevant First Aid certificate - Computer literate with programming and planning experience - Ability to work independently and use initiative - Professionalism in dealing with clients and colleagues - Motivational and team-oriented approach

Benefits

  • Salary up to £55,000, dependent on experience
