Responsibilities

• Take all precautions to protect the environment.
• Work in a manner ensuring self-safety and that of co-workers.
• Avail themselves of required training programs.
• Participate in daily toolbox talks and follow instructions from site coordinators/crew leaders.
• Use and maintain all safety devices for job execution.
• Maintain and properly use all tools under control.
• Report for work in suitable clothing and maintain a hazard-free appearance.
• Perform work in a safe and alert manner.
• Keep work area clean and maintain housekeeping.
• Perform film interpretation on various jobs.
• Identify techniques as per requirements.
• Perform densitometer calibrations and demonstrations.
• Verify joint details on film as requested by client.
• Classify indications from actual discontinuities, weld geometry, and film artifacts.
• Interpret code requirements related to Radiographic Testing.
• Interpret sensitivity requirements and evaluate indications as per acceptance criteria.
• Prepare final radiographic examination reports.
• Submit timesheets on time and adhere to management guidelines.
• Be aware of other NDT methods and coordinate with other teams for inspection activities.
