About the Opportunity

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in project proposals, technical submittals, and various paperwork to support project operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing project proposals, technical submittals, MIR, WIR, T&C documents, and other required paperwork
  • Coordinate daily tasks of the installation team and support smooth on-site operations
  • Follow up with technicians and engineers to resolve site issues promptly
  • Prepare and update daily site reports, including progress updates, manpower logs, site photos, and pending tasks
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Support client communication, respond to emails, and follow up on quotations and outstanding payments
  • Assist with vendor registrations, prequalification documents, and compliance renewals (ESMA & GMARK)
  • Create sales orders for mockups and coordinate sample deliveries
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project team

About You

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in project coordination or a related field is a plus.

Eligibility

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office applications and excellent communication skills are required.
