Marketing Project Coordinator – Arabic Speaking

Over the last decade, Webrepublic has grown from an ambitious startup into Switzerland’s leading digital marketing agency. Within Webrepublic, we have launched PACE, a brand dedicated to the world of Sports & Entertainment. PACE is working with some of the largest brands in Sports and entertainment and we have recently been selected to support one of the largest football events in the world.

For this business, we are hiring a Project Coordinator with native Arabic skills based at our office in Cape Town to help us deliver a large-scale campaign & marketing operation for global brands & federations. As our Marketing Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our team, providing structure and support to both client and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with clients and business partners across various countries in the Middle East
• Supporting senior Project Managers in planning and executing complex projects and campaigns
• Creating tasks based on conversations with stakeholders and ensuring timely implementation
• Managing timelines, creating GANT charts, and production schedules
• Creating status updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Updating project management tools regularly

Qualifications And Skills

As an ideal candidate, you must have the following:

• National Diploma, Higher Certificate, or Bachelor Degree in project management, business, communication, or science
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a project management role
• Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com or similar
• Industry experience in marketing, advertising, consulting, or technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/Powerpoint
• Native-level Arabic speaker and native-level English speaker (other European languages are a plus)
• Passion for marketing and affinity for sports, with an interest in football being a plus
