We’re Growing! Join Intrepid Property Management as a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager. We’re looking for a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager who’s ready to grow, take ownership, and be part of a team that genuinely cares about the people behind the properties.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting a portfolio of Sectional Title & Home Owners Association (HOA) schemes with a focus on excellent service.
• Partnering with trustees and residents to solve problems, streamline operations, and ensure compliance.
• Working with our admin, finance, and maintenance teams to keep everything running smoothly.
• Attending meetings, preparing reports, and learning how to manage schemes end-to-end.
• Bringing your curiosity, energy, and ideas to a team that values initiative and accountability.

About You

A qualification or background in Property Management, Real Estate, Administration, or Law. 1–5 years’ experience in Sectional title / Homeowners Association/ Property Portfolio Administration. Previous experience working on Weconnectu is mandatory. Strong administration, organizational, and communication skills. Strong financial acumen. A can-do attitude, a love for client service, and a drive to learn.
