About the Opportunity
Technology Project Coordinator - CRM (Dynamics) Migration
Technology | London | Hybrid - Contract Role
I'm supporting a growing tech function to hire a Project Coordinator to work closely with the IT Project Manager on a major CRM (Dynamics) Migration and wider technology initiatives. This role is central to keeping the programme organised, on track, and well-communicated.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project tasks, schedules, milestones and dependencies
- Maintain key artefacts: reports, timelines, RAID logs, action logs
- Support day-to-day project delivery across internal teams & external partners
- Organise workshops, testing sessions, training events and project meetings
- Prepare status updates, stakeholder communications and governance materials
- Ensure risks, issues and actions are captured, updated and followed through
- Manage project logistics, documentation, approvals and administrative support
- Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment across workstreams
About You
What we're looking for:
- Experience supporting Technology or Business Change projects
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
- Comfortable with project tools (Teams, SharePoint, RAID logs, action trackers)
- A proactive, detail-driven approach and ability to keep things moving
