Responsibilities

  • Establish the internal project bid process with the Tendering and Commercial team
  • Manage any (internal) joint venture operating protocols and processes to create communication, collaboration, and information flow efficiencies
  • Leading and managing the full bid lifecycle, from win strategy and scheduling through to production and submission with peers
  • Drive consistency, compliance, and quality across the TDRA tender
  • Develop the winning strategy for the tender opportunity
  • Lead the project delivery team, ensuring that the contract deliverables are achieved on time and within budget
  • Implementing best-in-industry initiatives and processes to develop and maintain workplace standards that reinforce a culture of risk-management, compliance, integrity, quality, and responsibility across the project

About You

Tertiary Qualifications in an engineering discipline. Post-graduate qualifications in business, science or management desirable. Extensive post-qualification experience in a major projects and infrastructure environment, both on the bidding and operations sides. International project management experience in hydraulics, water treatment or infrastructure preferred.
