Eligibility

• Fluent English (accents are welcome, but proficiency is required)
• Proven experience in real estate, Dubai experience is a major advantage
• Polished, client-facing presence with the ability to build trust quickly
• Positive, solutions-focused mindset and a "let’s make it happen" approach
• Professional work ethic, strong follow-through, and consistency
