Responsibilities

• Ensure successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas
• Provide strategic direction and monitor delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives
• Oversee project management from inception to post-completion
• Manage project timeframes, budgets, risks, challenges, and mitigations
• Deliver continuous improvements in processes

About You

Extensive experience of successfully delivering projects and programmes in the healthcare and/or life sciences sectors.

Eligibility

Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. Experience of winning work and growing client accounts. NEC4 ECC project manager accreditation. Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams. Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders. Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
