Position Summary

Smart Education is seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Software Project Coordinator to support the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of software development activities across multiple agile squads. This role plays a central part in ensuring sprint continuity, cross-team coordination, timely updates on product progress, and strong alignment between business objectives and software delivery.

Role Overview

The Software Project Coordinator plays a vital role in aligning development execution with the company’s technology strategy. This role ensures that the software development lifecycle runs smoothly by supporting coordination across multiple squads, managing sprints, monitoring team performance, and reporting on project status. The coordinator will serve as a cross-functional bridge between software engineering teams, digital support units, and executive management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, IT Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in project coordination within software development or digital product environments.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to prepare clear reports, dashboards, and professional presentations.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple streams of work.
