Responsibilities

  • Plan, direct and govern changes required to Operations systems and processes within the project structure
  • Scope and plan project delivery, both non-IT and IT related
  • Design and recruit project delivery team
  • Engage all stakeholders and operate within established project governance
  • Create baseline plan and scope for the project

Eligibility

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years proven track record delivering Operations related change projects for financial institutions within time and budget
  • Demonstrable experience of strong product and operational process knowledge, investment budget management, project governance, and more

Education / Qualifications:

  • Results driven, with a strong sense of accountability
  • A proactive, motivated approach
