Provide support to both internal and external customers on procedural and documentation issues, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
Optimize and streamline certification procedures for designated countries, fostering operational efficiency and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Assist team members in daily operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow and team performance.
Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support broader organizational goals.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Fluent in English (CET-6 or equivalent) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a related field (e.g., certification or project management).
Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a patient, organized, and consistent approach to work.
Proactive attitude toward routine tasks, with the ability to respond quickly to requests and work well under pressure. Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, Excel) and strong computer literacy.
