About the Opportunity

Project Coordinator, Youth Mental Health, Health Service Manager Level 1 - South Eastern Sydney Local Health Service Mental Health Service

  • Employment Type: Temporary Part Time until June 2026
  • Position Classification: Health Manager Level 1
  • Remuneration: $42.58 - $56.65 per hour, plus superannuation
  • Hours Per Week: 24

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level project and administrative support to the Youth Mental Health (YMH) teams
  • Establish, utilize, and continuously improve frameworks, processes, and tools for optimal functioning of YMH teams
  • Manage project documentation and secretariat duties for steering committees and meetings

About You

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, public health, or equivalent
  • Demonstrated knowledge of project-related activities and high-level administration support
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt work practices
