About the Opportunity
Full-time or part-time (0.8), 12 month fixed-term opportunity $66,997 pro rata, plus superannuation, plus salary packaging. Join a team that is passionate about improving diversity, inclusion, and employee experience!
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day coordination support across inclusion and employee experience projects.
- Manage calendars, agendas, and minutes for the Belonging Committee.
- Assist with meeting scheduling, inbox management, and workplan mapping.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Maintain well-organized records and filing systems in SharePoint.
- Create engaging visual materials (slides, infographics, reports) – Canva experience is an advantage.
- Support consultation with employees, consumers, and external community groups.
- Work collaboratively with a wide range of teams and stakeholders.
About You
Essential skills and experience:
- Strong organization and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and follow through.
- High level of digital literacy, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, Teams, Outlook (or confidence to learn quickly).
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Experience supporting or coordinating projects in any setting.
- Confidence communicating in a professional and inclusive way.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to pitch in where needed.
Eligibility
Highly Regarded (but Not Essential)
- Interest or experience in diversity & inclusion, employee experience, or public health.
- Experience in government, not-for-profit, or purpose-driven environments.
- Familiarity with human-centered design, change management, or project coordination.
- Experience collecting and theming data from surveys or consultations.
- Ability to build relationships with community groups and lead consultation processes.
