About the Opportunity

Join JE Dunn Construction's Advanced Facilities Group (AFG) and be part of a high-performing team focused on cutting-edge projects in Industrial & Manufacturing, Data Center, and Semiconductor industries.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize responsibility matrix to ensure alignment with ongoing business process improvement efforts
  • Collect, process, and organize data and documentation
  • Provide timely communication to stakeholders
  • Support project management during bidding and award processes
  • Organize information into standard formats and reports
  • Prepare routine correspondence and review outgoing materials
  • Track and monitor necessary documentation to meet compliance requirements
  • Support various administrative needs for the project team

About You

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to perform work accurately and completely
  • Communication skills, verbal and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Organizational skills
  • Critical thinking ability

Education: High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Experience: 2+ years administrative or clerical support experience (Required), 2+ years construction project support experience (Preferred)
