Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:Collaborate with clients to clearly define their design aspirations and translate them into a formal design brief.Facilitate seamless communication between the client and internal design team, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.Proactively manage client expectations and navigate through any changes or challenges efficiently.
Project Administration:Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.Prepare and review contract, scope of work, and project proposals.Monitor and managing project budgets and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and technical specifications.Collaborate with the project admin team and project design team to maintain accurate project documentation in accordance with client and internal requirements.Prepare and submit project-related documentation for submissions and client system entries.Participate in project meetings and assist with pre-sales activities when required.Scheduling all relevant project meetings, providing minutes and follow up action plans.
Construction:Coordinate on-site activities, managing contractor worker, supplier and subcontractors.Monitor and track work progress on site, identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise.Conduct site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting to resolve design and construction challenges.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and quality controls.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in project management within the interior design industry.Strong knowledge of project management tools and software.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Detail-oriented with a passion for design and project excellence.Familiarity with budgeting, cost management, and contract negotiation.Experience with both residential and commercial design projects is a plus.
Other Information:Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience5 working days (Mon - Fri)
