Project Manager

We are looking for a Senior Analyst for a groundbreaking Layer 1 protocol to play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and strategic decision-making within the organization. This role will be embedded in the Developer Success function, supporting key initiatives that empower developers to build and scale impactful applications within the ecosystem.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with a deep understanding of developer ecosystems, blockchain dynamics, and the nuances of community-led growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with program managers, engineers, product leads, and community stakeholders to turn complex data into clear insights that shape the direction of developer programs, hackathons, city hubs, and more.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Ecosystem Analytics: Measure the effectiveness of developer engagement initiatives, including hackathons, accelerator programs, and local hubs. Track KPIs like developer retention, project progression, and ecosystem impact.Data-Driven Strategy: Provide actionable insights that guide the strategy and execution of developer-focused programs. Help prioritize efforts that deliver measurable outcomes.Operational Intelligence: Identify bottlenecks, monitor workflows, and recommend optimizations to increase operational efficiency across teams.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Developer Success, Engineering, Marketing, and Community teams to ensure alignment and data transparency.Tooling & Reporting: Build dashboards and automated reports using tools like Airtable, Notion, or analytics platforms to make insights accessible and drive accountability.What We're Looking For4–6 years of experience in an analytics or strategy role, ideally in tech, blockchain, or developer ecosystemsProven ability to measure program success, define and track KPIs, and present findings to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with data tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, BI tools, Airtable, Notion, etc.)Understanding of developer funnels, open-source contributions, and community growth dynamicsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrategic thinker with an eye for detail and operational execution
