Role Title: Programme DirectorDuration: contract to run until 28/11/2025Location: Birmingham, Hybrid 3 days a week onsiteRate: up to £600-£660 p/d Umbrella inside IR35

20yr experienceExtensive experience leading large divestiture programmesExtensive experience delivering complex programmes in FS SectorManage relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, legal counsel, and financial advisors.Develop and implement a plan for the separation of the divested business from the parent company.Manage the transition of employees, assets, and liabilities to the new owner.CXO ManagementLeadership across complex, global, matrix organisations working with a wide array of individual business linesHighly effective communicatorComfortable working in a fast-paced international environmentFinancial services experience is very desirable
