Floorplan/Wholesale Funding Project Manager

Your new company
We're looking for an experienced and driven Floorplan/Wholesale Funding Project Manager to join our change team to enhance our vehicle stocking schemes and asset financing operations. You will collaborate with independent dealers across the UK and Ireland, ensuring seamless use of our floorplan solution and services through APAK (also known as DFP or Floor Plan System).
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Projects & Business Change, you'll take ownership of optimising processes, coaching and supporting our in-house team, managing relationships, and driving efficiencies across the board. You will be a key player in reviewing the IT landscape used to provide these services in the future.
ResponsibilitiesUpdate key stakeholders on findings, progress, and risks identified.Support the leadership team in identifying the IT platform(s) to support our service into the future.Coach, mentor, and support the existing team through any changes or optimisations.Work closely with independent dealers to ensure successful integration with our asset financing floorplan solution and services.Facilitate parts invoice factoring for dealers, freeing up cashflow through the Dancerace system to support their operations and customer service.Unite cross-functional teams and streamline workflows to deliver maximum efficiency and process improvements.Manage dealer stocking schemes, including facility limit requests, cashflow planning, and reconciliation of daily files and remittances.Build and maintain relationships with dealers, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.Identify business concerns, resolve issues in a timely manner, and ensure facility headroom well in advance of expiry.What you'll get in return The opportunity to make a significant impact on our vehicle stocking and financing schemes.A chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the future of our services.Professional growth and development opportunities.Competitive day rateWhat you need to do now
