Responsibilities

  • Lead brand product catalogues creation, annual update, MYPSR record maintenance and related compliance heatmaps for global priority and commercial brands
  • Partner with category finance and markets to propose opportunities to grow profitable brands and products
  • Ensure Geo Expansion proposals are governed & aligned with Global Brand and Technical Packaging Catalogues
  • Analyse SKUs strategy and complexity costs in category and recommend annual clean-up and value creation initiatives
  • Lead and Co-ordinate implementation of key portfolio harmonization programs across the category
  • Influence key portfolio optimization decisions impacting the business with key commercial, development and supply teams in categories and regions
  • Ensure strong communication and information sharing to gain support and energize teams at individual project level and ensure adequate stakeholder management
  • Manage compliance via governance at project and category (pre-)PMB level in collaboration with commercial to ensure initiatives are approved and resourced to deliver

About You

Essential Qualifications and skills:

  • Project Management Certification, Lean Sigma or OE Certification (green belt, black belt)
  • Committed to delivering high quality results, overcoming challenges, focusing on what matters most, execution
  • Sustaining energy and well-being, building resilience in teams
  • Continuously looking for opportunities to learn, build skills and share learning both internally and externally
  • Translating strategy into action - a compelling narrative, motivating others, setting objectives and delegation

Preferred:

  • Experience of managing and engaging stakeholders, sharing and gaining agreements to proposals, through project leadership
  • Agile and distributed decision-making – using evidence and applying judgement to balance pace, rigor and risk
  • Experience in developing reports to aid data driven decisions along with ensuring data quality rules
  • Working with stakeholders to gather data Advanced Skills working with MS excel and access (Macro’s, VBA, Pivot etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence across functional boundaries
  • Ability to create cost models and process large amounts of data from multiple sources
  • Ability to perform work with minimal supervision
  • Strong program/project management skills
