About the Opportunity
Kineability, a Singapore-based deeptech spin-off from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), focuses on advancing motion intelligence through AI and computer vision. Our flagship product, RayKnot, is an AI-powered markerless motion capture system designed for real-world clinical and research use. RayKnot delivers fast, reliable, and adaptable 3D movement tracking without the need for suits, markers, or sensors. This innovation transforms how we understand human motion.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Control: Monitor, track, and manage inventory levels for project-related equipment and materials.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team, including preparing quotations, processing orders, and managing client communications.
- Procurement: Prepare, process, and follow up on purchase orders; liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordination:
- Internal – Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and sales teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- External – Communicate with clients, suppliers, and partners to align on timelines, requirements, and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
- Assist in project scheduling and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
About You
Requirements:
- Diploma (Polytechnic) or above; background in Electronics or Computer Engineering is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in technical project coordination, particularly in electronics, computer systems, or AI-related fields.
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to challenges.
