About the Opportunity

PATH is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to achieving health equity. The Women’s Health Team Lead position focuses on advancing women's health initiatives, specifically through the Future Injectable Market Steward (FIMS) project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the FIMS project
• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction
• Lead the Women’s Health team within the PHC Program
• Ensure high-quality implementation of projects
• Represent PATH externally
• Generate new revenue across geographies

About You

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in public health or related field with extensive experience in global women’s health. They must have proven leadership skills, ability to work in a matrixed organization, and experience in developing market-based solutions.

Eligibility

Candidates must be currently based in Africa, in a country where PATH is legally registered. Remote work arrangements are acceptable for this role.
