Responsibilities

  • Supporting the portfolio management team
  • Leading monthly diligence and draws on construction loans
  • Leading all work on amendment and waiver requests
  • Leading deal upsizes and extensions for existing deals
  • Assisting in preparing for and responding to internal and external audits
  • Acting as Administrative Agent on a number of deals

About You

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Relationship Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Relationship Management

Eligibility

Preferred:

  • Bachelors Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering
  • 3 years of Project Finance, Energy Finance within the commercial or investment banking, tax equity, investing, deveopement or buy-side
  • Portfolio Management, Asset Management, Investment, Credit Analysis, Underwriting OR Originations
  • Completion of a formal credit training program preferred

Benefits

If hired in New York or California the base pay for this position is generally between $135,000.00 and $160,000.00. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
