Responsibilities

  • Manage NEC3/4 Option A, Option C, Option E ECC Contract management and administration client side
  • Control budget and collaborate with QS on payment valuations
  • Forecast actual costs and determine Defined Cost
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • Ensure project management and commercial records are maintained
  • Investigate and draft contract communications and notices

About You

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or master’s Degree qualification in a numeric degree, full membership of a chartered body such as APM at MAPM, and experience in Rail, Nuclear, Water, and/or Environment sectors. You should also have line management and recruitment experience, CDM regulation knowledge, risk management experience, and be an experienced user of the NEC3-4 suite of contracts.

Eligibility

  • Valid CSCS card, with Water Hygiene Card desirable
  • Main contractor and/or joint venture experience working client side
  • Site presence and co-location minimum 3 days a week
  • Right to work in the UK
