Responsibilities

  • Portfolio leadership: Owe, evolve and steer your category portfolio.
  • Innovation roadmap: Shape and execute the NPD pipeline as project lead and owner.
  • Performance and strategy: Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend actions to boost sales, profitability, and category relevance.
  • Go-to-market excellence: Develop launch toolkits and go-to-market strategies with marketing.
  • Business case development: Develop and present compelling business cases for new products and concepts.

About You

Experience: 5–7 years in category management, portfolio or assortment strategy within FMCG. Experience with production is a plus.

Education: Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Skills and mindset: Strategic thinker with operational agility and a proactive approach. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
