About the Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager with installation/delivery experience for a well-known security client, role to be based in North England, Southern Scotland. The position is responsible for the delivery of the installation portfolio assigned within the region, and other areas as assigned. The goal is to deliver installation projects on time and on budget, maximizing monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue, with a view of maximizing margin potential and contributing to the installation business plan set for the year.
Responsibilities
- Review contractual requirements prior to Project initiation to ensure delivery against time, cost, and quality
- Identify, mitigate, and manage risks associated with project delivery
- Management of all ongoing projects to maximize revenue and NRM generation
- Coordinate and liaise with engineers, contractors, and the wider project team to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Attend pre-start and project closure meetings
- Manage stakeholder communication including weekly reporting on project progress and financial performance
- Ensure relevant and effective communication is maintained with clients
- Follow agreed process and documentation for management of projects
- Attend relevant project meetings as required
- Provide cash flow forecast and revenue profiles
- Support, manage, and mentor the Project Management team
- Promote a safe working environment
- Other duties as required by the business

Person Specification
Essential:
- Good understanding of Project Management methodology and delivery, preferably within a security environment
- Experience in revenue and install margin maximization
- Delivery of multiple ongoing projects
- Experience in managing large or multiple projects in a security environment
- Commercial focus to ensure projects are delivered on budget, on time, and to quality standards
- Experience in financial/resource forecasting and planning
- Good understanding of administering contracts
- Minimum of 4 years Security Industry Experience
Desirable:
- Working with NEC/JCT contract
- Prince II or equivalent Project Management Methodology
