Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of projects to ensure they meet contractual, commercial, and client expectations
  • Identify and develop strategic project opportunities to support business growth and profitability
  • Ensure all projects comply with health & safety, CDM regulations, and internal procedures
  • Manage project risks, costs, and timelines effectively, with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors
  • Ensure projects are financially planned, with clear revenue and profit goals
  • Monitor and drive positive cash flow through agreed payment schedules and timely invoicing
  • Promote a collaborative, customer-focused culture across the wider team and project stakeholders
  • Support sales and business development by contributing to presentations and solution development

About You

Proven track record in project management, ideally within commercial real estate, corporate environments, or large-scale infrastructure. Strong knowledge of construction processes, procurement, financial planning, and risk management. Experience working with or leading cross-functional teams and subcontractors. Excellent understanding of health & safety, statutory compliance, and CDM regulations. Confident communicator and relationship-builder at all levels. Ability to identify new project opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
