Responsibilities

Lead and manage the delivery of projects to ensure they meet contractual, commercial, and client expectations
Identify and develop strategic project opportunities to support business growth and profitability
Ensure all projects comply with health & safety, CDM regulations, and internal procedures
Manage project risks, costs, and timelines effectively, with a focus on client satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors
Ensure projects are financially planned, with clear revenue and profit goals
Monitor and drive positive cash flow through agreed payment schedules and timely invoicing
Promote a collaborative, customer-focused culture across the wider team and project stakeholders
Support sales and business development by contributing to presentations and solution development

About You

Proven track record in project management, ideally within commercial real estate, corporate environments, or large-scale infrastructure. Strong knowledge of construction processes, procurement, financial planning, and risk management. Experience working with or leading cross-functional teams and subcontractors. Excellent understanding of health & safety, statutory compliance, and CDM regulations. Confident communicator and relationship-builder at all levels. Ability to identify new project opportunities and support business growth initiatives.
