Project Finance Portfolio Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Finance Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of project finance assets across sectors such as energy, renewables, infrastructure, and transport. Based in London, you will play a key role in safeguarding portfolio performance, ensuring compliance, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor a portfolio of project finance loans and assets.
• Conduct financial analysis, credit reviews, and risk assessments.
• Ensure covenant compliance and reporting to senior management.
• Support refinancing, restructuring, and amendments where needed.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Solid experience in project or structured finance within a top-tier bank or financial institution.
Strong financial modelling, credit, and risk management skills.
Knowledge of loan documentation and project finance structures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
