Responsibilities

• Manage commissions in a client-facing role
• Develop talented teams and engage in local markets
• Improve Performance and Reporting processes
• Develop interdisciplinary relationships for client benefit
• Grow the Performance and Reporting team
• Ensure project scope and capability delivery
• Engage in senior line management activities
• Provide expert analysis to stakeholders and senior management
• Train and coach clients and team members on Performance and Reporting processes

About You

You have the ability to define the right Performance Management & Reporting strategy, establish high-performance teams, integrate technology, and drive improvement in offerings. You promote a culture of learning, inclusivity, and care.

Eligibility

Subject matter expertise in Performance and Reporting tools, experience with Project Controls disciplines, and leading large teams are essential. Familiarity with NEC contracts is required. UK Nationality and SC Clearance are necessary for Defence-specific roles.
