Responsibilities

• Lead the NSW Investor Project Team
• Manage clients and projects in the investor sector
• Coordinate all phases of project management
• Encourage maximum contributions of all participants

About You

We are looking for someone who can confidently manage project delivery from inception to closure with an ability to assist in the commercial assessment of new projects and in the preparation of project proposals and the delivery of presentations.

You will have proven negotiation skills with both internal and external groups including contractors, suppliers, consultants, and authorities and have the emotional maturity to effectively manage diverse personalities.

An understanding of the legal environment for each project in respect of planning, commercial aspects and delivery constraints is essential as well as our obligations for complying with AS 4801, AS 14001 and Environmental Health and Safety legislation generally.
