Job Requirements

As a Project Director (HVAC), you must:

• Have supervised craft in a self-perform environment
• Have 5+ years' experience in HVAC/MEP/Mechnaical Commerical Industrial and Institutional Construction with a background in plumbing and advanced plumbing systems
• Past project size should exceed $5 million
• Demonstrate experience and capability for monitoring production and controlling costs
• Be familiar with management controls (i.e., schedules, cost control, procurement, and quality/safety) facilitated during project execution
• Have personal experience as a crafts person in the mechanical trades and previous/past professional licensing is a plus

Desired Requirements

• Demonstrated experience of managing others
• 5-15 yrs+ experience in HVAC/MEP/Mechanical Commerical, Industrial and Institutional Construction with a background in mechanical process piping and advanced plumbing systems
• Dedicated, self-motivated with good verbal and people skills
• Demonstrate a stable work history
• Experience in estimating in a hard bid market
• Experience developing accurate estimates from schematic design documents
• Able to prioritize and work independently
• Willing to work all hours and schedules assigned
