About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team and lead our FEED and EPC Projects. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and set goals for FEED and EPC Projects
  • Steer changes in the business environment
  • Set and control operating costs
  • Establish overall strategies for operations
  • Manage operational challenges
  • Review quality assurance management
  • Lead, coach, and guide staff
  • Monitor performance and review division
  • Identify business opportunities and build client relationships
  • Oversee project execution and evaluate progress

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in any Engineering discipline
  • Minimum 20 years of relevant experience in oil & gas industry, particularly in EPC terminal tanks
  • Project management skills
  • Meticulous and capable of working independently
  • Japanese language proficiency is an advantage
  • Ideally a Singapore citizen
