Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the strategic vision for Project Management
• Manage and oversee global vendor and supplier relationships
• Lead change management and upskill team members
• Ensure project profitability goals are met
• Develop and evolve SOPs and training
• Provide mentorship and coaching to Associate Project Directors
• Play a leading role in promotion, reward, and hiring decisions
• Liaise with senior management across the organization

About You

Your skills and experience:

• More than 10 years of experience in market research project management
• Experience within healthcare market research is essential
• Significant experience with team leadership
• Strong change management skills
• Clear capabilities for senior-level collaboration and communication
