Responsibilities
- Architect the Vision: Lead the entire Project Lifecycle—from high-stakes strategic pitches to flawless Global Event Execution.
- Drive Commercial Growth: Identify revenue opportunities within your portfolio while ensuring maximum ROI on cultural outcomes.
- Mastermind Internal Comms: Work closely with clients to ensure every touchpoint—from digital to live—strengthens their Employer Brand.
- Lead the Charge: Direct-line management of a specialist team, ensuring excellence across Global Incentives, Conferences, and Leadership Summits.
About You
Key Expertise You’ll Bring:
- Agency DNA: 7+ years of leadership within a Corporate Event Agency, Internal Comms firm, or Incentive House.
- The Engagement Lens: You understand Employee Engagement metrics and how to use events as a catalyst for cultural transformation.
- C-Suite Confidence: You are a natural at Board-level consulting, capable of steering Content Architecture and narratives for global leadership teams.
- Financial Mastery: Sophisticated P&L accountability and budget management for high-margin, multi-million-pound global accounts.
- Team Mentorship: A track record of nurturing high-performance teams in a fast-paced Agency environment.
