Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day coordination of project activities and timelines.
• Support communication between internal teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as meeting minutes, reports, and presentations.
• Track project progress and assist in scheduling and logistics.
• Support tender preparation and business development activities.
• Help ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.

Eligibility

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in construction or project coordination.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
• Knowledge or interest in AI applications is an advantage.
