Project Coordinator – IT Network

About the Role:

The IT Network Project Co-ordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of network infrastructure projects across Australia. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, the Project Co-ordinator plays a key role in driving successful project outcomes while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and service quality.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development of comprehensive project plans and schedules.
• Lead and coordinate kick-off sessions and discovery workshops with internal teams and external vendors.
• Create and maintain high-quality project documentation, design, network diagrams, and configuration plans.
• Engage with internal stakeholders such as IT Operations, Service Delivery Managers, and site representatives.
• Monitor project milestones, proactively track issues and risks, and escalate concerns to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and readily accessible for ongoing support and maintenance.

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience coordinating IT infrastructure or network projects. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with vendors and managing external service delivery. Ability to interpret technical documentation and translate into actionable plans. Certifications in project management (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP).
