Project Coordinator @Global Technology Leader

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support the end-to-end delivery of small to medium IT infrastructure projects. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for coordinating project schedules, internal resources, and third-party vendors to ensure the flawless execution of our service offerings.

About You

Essential Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience coordinating IT infrastructure projects
• Prior experience supporting Project Managers in a technical, client-facing environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Hands-on experience in project planning, status reporting, and maintaining project documentation

Language: Business-fluent Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent), Conversational-level English.
