Responsibilities

• Support with planning, executing, and monitoring project activities across multiple workstreams, suppliers and clients.
• Support with updating project plans, trackers, and documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with timelines.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.

About You

• Project coordination or support experience
• Proven experience in supporting complex projects, ideally within a global or multi-client environment.
• Experience working alongside project managers to deliver structured outcomes.

Eligibility

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Project Management Knowledge
• Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory)

Essential Experience:

• Stakeholder engagement
• Project Management tools
• Meeting & workshop coordination
