About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves overseeing project activities, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful project completion.
Responsibilities
- Participate in project meetings and propose improvements.
- Identify issues and coordinate solutions with technical teams and stakeholders.
- Plan and track deliverables, schedules, and project information.
- Supervise ongoing projects and coordinate team members to maintain workflow.
- Prepare, review, and maintain project documents (risk assessments, safe work procedures, as-built drawings, punch lists, equipment documentation, and reports).
- Manage project correspondence, including requirements, memos, minutes, and emails.
- Communicate with clients to define project scope and objectives.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and support troubleshooting of installed equipment.
Eligibility
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering or a minimum of 3 years of relevant project coordination experience.
- WSQ Supervise Construction Work for WSH (formerly BCSS) certification.
- Hands-on knowledge of tools such as a multimeter, spirit levels, laser markers, and a torque meter.
- Able to commit to occasional after-office-hours work when required.
- Strong communication, reporting, and MS Office skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Able to interpret construction and shop drawings.
