Our team works across Victoria, NSW, South Australia, and Queensland. Due to projected increase in build volumes, we are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Project Coordinator based in our Mount Waverley Head Office for our team with builds based throughout all Eastern regions of Australia.
Responsibilities
- Managing the complete experience through the construction process with updates to clients/site/developers. Some pre-site stage maybe required
- Manage claims and financial management of projects
- Supporting the Project and Construction team by acquiring, distributing, and coordinating information through the construction phase
- Delivering highly productive and efficient projects through workflow management
- Adhering to established project and cost management strategies
- Prepare for and handle handover and quality assurance for each individual lot; and
- Building a customer-focused process to deliver high service levels

Eligibility
The successful candidate will have:
- Substantial experience (5+ years) in the development building industry covering both "Pre-site and Construction"
- A thorough understanding of building regulations, contracts, and administration procedures is essential
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management – Microsoft Project (MPP)
- Demonstrated experience in Claims & Financial Management
- Qualifications in Construction Management or a construction-based background an advantage
- Strong program management skills (advanced level) in the MS Projects
- A high level of organizational and time management skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills particularly with clients/site/developers
- A GREAT ATTITUDE!!!
